How we work
A named property manager
Landlords and tenants deal with one person who knows the property, not a different voice every time.
Compliance handled in-house
Gas safety, EPCs, inspections and the rest are kept on top of by our own team, so your property stays legal and safe.
Repairs sorted quickly
We have our own maintenance team, so when something breaks we can get it fixed rather than waiting on a chain of contractors.
