Four simple steps to finding the perfect property for you.
Here at Amco Management we know that choosing the right letting agent is just as important as securing the right property. With over 25 years of experience, we understand the wants and needs of all types of tenants. We have tenants who have gone on to become clients and clients recommended by past and present tenants — there's no better recommendation.
We manage a wide range of properties, covering just about all types of accommodation, so we should have something to suit most tenants' requirements and budgets.
All viewings take place with an experienced Property Manager who can answer any queries you may have. Viewings can be arranged through the office up to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and up to 3 pm on Fridays. If you wish to view several properties in a single appointment, that can be arranged.
1. Find your property
With our easy-to-use search engine, finding the perfect property for you is quick and easy.
2. Arrange a viewing
Contact us in the office to arrange a viewing, or fill in the contact form and one of our agents will call you back.
3. Fill in an application
Once you've viewed the property, you'll need to fill in an application form. As a rule of thumb, your gross earnings will need to be 2.5× the rent, you'll need clean credit, and we will require references from your employer and landlord. A holding deposit is required (refundable under our terms and conditions), and our referencing partner Vouch will carry out the referencing process. We will also need identification in line with current right-to-rent legislation.
4. Sign up and move in
After all the checks are complete, all that remains is to meet in our office and sign the lease. We offer either a 6- or 12-month tenancy. A deposit (usually equivalent to 5 weeks' rent) and one month's rent is required in full before keys are released.
