Our inspection process
Once we have your property registered with us we inspect the condition and create a detailed inventory of repair together with photographs. A rental price is set and the property is ready to advertise. Mid-tenancy inspections are available on request to give you peace of mind that the tenant is looking after your property — covering interior, exterior, gardens, outbuildings, gutters and downpipes.
Maintenance management
Our landlords usually set a limit of £150 for repairs that can be dealt with without seeking your prior approval — for anything above this limit we seek your authorisation. We work with a team of reputable contractors who share our ethos for great service and high standards, so all works achieve the standard of excellence and legal compliance you would expect.
