Whether it is a fully self-contained building or part of a multi-let premise, Amco Commercial will ensure you receive only the best tenant suitable for your property.
Inspect
Before we can fully market your space, an initial inspection will be undertaken with measurements, and a market appraisal provided. We'll discuss whether any work would be required to the space in order to achieve a better return on your investment. We will of course ensure an EPC is available and complies with current legislation.
Advertise
Once you're ready for your property to go to market, a details sheet is created and a signboard erected. We advertise on our website, Rightmove, Zoopla and various other portals, with optional extras including mailing to our enquiries list and advertising in local newspapers.
Viewings
All potential tenants will have a viewing and will be required to fill in an application form to ensure both the property is suitable for them and they are suitable for the property. All negotiations and agreements will be verified with you before anything is agreed.
Leases
Once we are ready to proceed with a rental agreement, a lease is required. We can use our in-house lease, a solicitor recommended by us, or one of your own preference. A copy is kept on file as we may need to refer to it in future.
