Before we can fully market your space an initial inspection will be undertaken and measurements and a schedule of condition will be drawn up. We will then discuss with you if we believe any work would be required to the space in order to achieve a better return on your investment.
Whether it’s a fully self-contained building or part of a multi-let premise, Amco Commercial will ensure that you only receive the best tenant suitable for your property.
Once you are ready for your property to go to market a details sheet will be created and a signboard erected. We advertise on both our website and various other different portals, with optional extras including mailing out to our enquiries list and advertising in the local newspapers.
All potential tenants will have a viewing and will be required to fill in an application form to ensure that both the property is suitable for them and they are suitable for the property. All negotiations and agreements will be verified with you before anything is agreed.
Once we are ready to proceed with rental agreement a lease will be required. We can either use our in house lease, or a solicitor recommended by us or of your own preference. A copy of this will be kept on file as we may need to refer to it in the future.
